Acts 4:10-12,”Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, by him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”The name many reject and put aside, offers salvation. However, people choose other roads that eventually lead to eternal death. There’s no other name by which, man can be saved from eternal damnation. The Bible is very clear on such matter. Jesus said, “I AM, the Way, Truth and Life, no one comes to the Father, except through me..John 14:6. Therefore, if Jesus is the Way, then why choose another road. All roads may lead to Rome, but only 1 leads to eternal salvation. Moreover, the Bible states, in Matthew 7:13-14, “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.” Noticed how it says, that wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction. The world is filled with different religions and faiths, but at the end of the road, these faiths will not give you eternal life. Some might think, that I’m being a fanatic, but I rather be a fanatic to the God of the Living, and not the God of the Dead.

Jesus is the Way, Truth, and the Life…

John 14:1-6,”Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me. In my Father’s house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going.” Thomas said to him, “Lord, we don’t know where you are going, so how can we know the way?” Jesus answered, “I AM the Way and the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through me. Such a simple statement with profound meaning, yet some people deny such statement or maybe they are plain ignorant. It amazes me how the world likes to choose their own way, their own path to salvation. However, the way of the world, doesn’t lead to eternal life. Many people believe in man-made stories, than in the living word of God. It’s very easy to invent stories and religions, but following the foot-steps of the author life, takes courage and sacrifice. There are many paths that lead to destruction, but only 1 leads to eternal life. Just like it says on, Matthew 7:13-14,”Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.” In other words, the path of the world is very wide and enticing, but at end of your life on this earth, it will lead to eternal death. However, noticed that only few find the narrow gate, which leads to eternal life. Furthermore, it’s up to the individual to choose which path he/she wants to take.

Jesus Christ: Our savior

Isaiah 43:10-11,”You are my witnesses,” declares the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he. Before me no god was formed, nor will there be one after me. I, even I, am the LORD, and apart from me there is no savior.” As you can see from the above verse, salvation is found only in Jesus Christ. It really baffles me, that other people look elsewhere for salvation. The word of God is very clear, where salvation lies. Moreover, the traditions of men blind people, from finding the correct path. There’s only 1 intercessor between man and God, like the word says in 1 Timothy 2:5,”For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus”. So, why do people turn to worthless idols and other man-made Gods? It could be due to their ignorance of the word of God, or simply finding an easier route, not knowing that this route will eventually lead to eternal death. Hosea 13:4,”But I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of Egypt. You shall acknowledge no God but me, no Savior except me.”

Luke 2:11,”Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ,the Lord.”

John 4:42,”They said to the woman, “We no longer believe just because of what you said; now we have heard for ourselves, and we know that this man really is the Savior of the world.”

Acts 5:31,”God exalted him to his own right hand as Prince and Savior that he might give repentance and forgiveness of sins to Israel.”

1 John 4:14,”And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world.”

2 Peter 3:18,”But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen.”

As you can see from the above verses, it clearly states that salvation is only found in our Lord Jesus Christ. There are many other verses that relate the same message. This message, is one of hope, peace, and eternal life through him. Afterall, it was our Lord Jesus Christ, who took the sins of the world on his shoulders, and gave his life for me and you at the cross. This is what true love is all about, the sacrifice of the Lamb. Moreover, he rose up from the dead on the 3rd day. Afterall, he has authority over life and death. He’s the Alpha and the Omega, King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Therefore, my brother/sister, when another person comes to tell you of another way to Salvation, ask them this question? Did such person died for my sins on the cross, and rose up from the dead on the 3rd day?
